Acts 1

Committed to blogging through the book of Acts. Leave a comment if you did too. Hope you enjoy the ride with me!

Read: Acts 1

Key Verse: Acts 1:10 “They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them.”

My Reflections:  I really liked this verse.  I read it and thought of time in my life when God worked some amazing things.  Then I thought a little more about how I stood still in life, so to speak, so utterly astounded!  I think it’s great to see that in life, but at the same time, I have to be sure it doesn’t stop me in my tracks for too long!  When I see it, I want to be sure I go running to tell others about it.  Not just stand there still.

My Prayer:  God, thank you for the miracles you work in my life all the time!  Thank you that I have the opportunity to stand “dumb founded” in front of you.  Let me never be side tracked by the miracles You do for me.  Instead help me be dumb founded and somehow run immediately to boast on You to others!  You are so Awesome Father!  Amen.
